EYMIS No Return & No Exchange Policy

At EYMIS, we are committed to delivering premium-quality innerwear while maintaining rigorous hygiene standards. To ensure a safe and hygienic shopping experience, we have a No Return & No Exchange Policy in place.

1. Policy Overview
Each product undergoes strict quality checks to meet our high standards of comfort, quality, and hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.

2. Hygiene & Health Considerations
For the safety and well-being of our customers, we do not resell any intimate apparel that has been worn or tried. This ensures that every product you receive is brand-new, untouched, and hygienic.

3. Exchanges for Size Issues
While we do not offer exchanges, in rare cases of size-related concerns, an exchange may be facilitated as a goodwill gesture—strictly if the item is unworn, unused, and passes our Quality Check (QC).

  • Exchange will only be processed once the item is received at our QC facility and successfully passes inspection.
  • If the item fails QC, a ₹350 reshipping fee will be charged to send the same product back to you.
  • If QC is passed, an exchange will be initiated.


4. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
While we take great care in checking each item before shipping, in the rare case of a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number, issue details, and clear images for a swift resolution.

5. Processing Time
The entire exchange process (from pickup initiation to QC verification and reshipping) can take 10-25 days, depending on the situation's complexity.
